Kimberly Hoffmans

Kimberly Hoffmans serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at the Graduate School of Education, California Lutheran University, and is currently the President of Ventura College. With over 28 years of experience in the community college system, she has held leadership roles including chief instructional officer, dean, and nursing faculty.

Dr. Hoffmans has contributed to statewide initiatives through her service on the California Community College (CCC) Chief Instructional Officers board, CCC Athletics Association, and CCC Workforce & Economic Development Performance Advisory Board. Locally, she serves on the Ventura College Foundation Board of Directors and the South Central Coast Regional Consortium of community colleges.
