Col. Kimberly D. Kumer, M.D., serves as Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Vice Chair of the Operational Psychiatry Track at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) School of Medicine. She concurrently directs the Medical Ethics curriculum, serves as a scientist at the Center for the Study of Traumatic Stress, and instructs for the Defense Institute for Medical Operations (DIMO), leading global mental health engagement missions for U.S. military partner nations.
