Kimberly Case, PhD, is a faculty member and Director of Assessment & Quality Improvement at Taylor University (Upland, IN). She serves as Taylor's Higher Learning Commission Accreditation Liaison Officer and teaches in the Master of Arts in Higher Education program.

The 2023 study on class structure and attendance, along with her 2013 articles on teaching methods for students of color and ethnic identity, reflect her expertise in student learning and educational effectiveness. Earlier works (2011) address gender dynamics in student involvement within Christian institutions.
She has held roles such as Research Associate at Goshen College (IN) and Associate Dean for Student Development at Northwestern College (IA). Personal interests include birding and nature exploration.
