Dr. Kimberli Treadwell is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychological Sciences at the University of Connecticut, with offices at both the Storrs (Bousfield 137) and Waterbury (WTBY 340) campuses. She earned her Ph.D. from Temple University in 1995 and directs the Child and Adolescent Anxiety Lab.
Research Focus
Her work examines cognitive and environmental risk factors for anxiety disorders across development:
- Mechanisms of worry and generalized anxiety
- Parent/peer interaction patterns
- Clinical translation for child/adolescent treatment
- Emerging adult mental health
