Dr. Kim Schildkamp is a Full Professor and Associate Professor at the Faculty of Behavioural, Management, and Social Sciences (BMS), University of Twente, Netherlands. She is a Visiting Professor at SePU, Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences, and leads national projects like Npuls on data/AI literacy. Her research focuses on data-informed decision making, educational innovation with AI, teacher professional development, and blended learning.

Her work spans international collaborations (University of Auckland, Antwerp University, UC San Diego) and includes the Data Team® procedure, widely adopted in multiple countries.
