Associate Professor Kim Robinson holds a dual appointment as an Associate Professor in Social Work at Deakin University's School of Health and Social Development, within the Faculty of Health. She specializes in refugee rights, domestic violence, and social justice advocacy. Her career spans over 30 years across Australia, Timor Leste, and the UK, with a focus on policy-informed practice. Robinson is Deputy HDR Director for her school and serves on the board of Refuge Victoria.

Research Interests: Human rights advocacy, refugee settlement, domestic violence prevention in CaLD communities, and climate change adaptation in health interventions. Her work emphasizes participatory methodologies and policy translation.
