Kim Joo-yeon is an Associate Professor at the Department of Clothing and Textiles, Seoul National University, within the College of Human Ecology. She holds a Ph.D. in Fiber and Polymer Science from North Carolina State University, with prior Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Clothing and Textiles from Seoul National University.
Research Interests focus on Textile Engineering, Nanotechnology, and Environmental Materials, particularly photocatalytic fabrics, biodegradable filters, and sustainable textile processing. Her work integrates
