Dr. Kiku Jones is a full-time Professor of Business Analytics & Information Systems at Quinnipiac University's School of Business. She actively promotes diversity and inclusion in IT education while teaching agile methodologies and data analysis. Dr. Jones serves as Chair of her department and has previously worked as Vice President at Feed The Children, bringing extensive non-profit experience to her academic leadership.

Her research focuses on technology's impact on mental health, gender dynamics in the workforce, and career readiness in digital transformation. She leads the Global Solidarity Program trips to Guatemala and has published 12 peer-reviewed articles since 2021 on topics spanning AI developer sentiment, blockchain education, and women's advancement in technology fields.
