Khadry Galil

Dr. Khadry Galil is a Professor of Dentistry and Associate Professor of Anatomy at the University of Western Ontario's Faculty of Dentistry. His expertise spans clinical dental anatomy, orthodontics, and periodontics, with a focus on applied anatomical research in implantology and surgical procedures. He holds advanced degrees, including a Ph.D. from the University of Western Ontario and a DDS from Alexandria University, alongside Fellowships in Dentistry.

Teaching & Administration: Course director for multiple graduate and undergraduate programs, including Head and Neck Anatomy and Orthodontics Biomechanics. Holds significant administrative roles, including Senator at the University of Western Ontario and President of the IADR Ontario Chapter. Supervised over 239 theses, with recent projects addressing implant risks, orbital fractures, and nerve-related surgical outcomes.

Innovations: Developed the Dr. Galil’s Oral Histology and Embryology educational app for mobile platforms. Contributed to anatomical virtual tours and interactive learning tools for dental education.
