Kevin Wesley

Kevin Wesley is an Associate Professor of Practice in the Department of Management at the College of Business, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he has taught since 2016. He instructs courses in Employment Law, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Leadership, while serving as Faculty Leader for International Study Abroad programs in France and Costa Rica and Faculty Representative for the Student Ethics Board.

Dr. Wesley's research centers on worker motivation using Herzberg's two-factor theory through mixed-methods approaches combining interviews, observations, and surveys. His expertise spans leadership development, employment law compliance, human resource systems, Gallup Strengths applications, and campus security protocols.
