Kevin T Fuji is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Sciences at Creighton University’s School of Pharmacy and Health Professions. His research focuses on health information technology adoption, patient safety, and healthcare informatics. He holds a PharmD and MA, and his work emphasizes improving medication safety through technology and interprofessional collaboration.
His research explores topics such as personal health record (PHR) use, electronic health records (EHRs), and the impact of health IT on patient outcomes. He has also investigated care transitions, rural healthcare challenges, and pharmacist roles in diabetes management.
Dr. Fuji’s work demonstrates a commitment to advancing healthcare safety through interdisciplinary approaches. His recent studies address pandemic-related pharmacy operations, mentorship in academic settings, and enhancing diabetes education programs. He has contributed to over 50 peer-reviewed articles and presented widely at national conferences.
