Kevin Milligan

Kevin Milligan is a Professor at the Vancouver School of Economics, University of British Columbia. He holds multiple affiliations including Research Associate roles at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) and fellowships at the C.D. Howe Institute. His editorial contributions include co-editing the Canadian Tax Journal.

His research focuses on labor economics, public policy design, taxation systems, and economic challenges of aging populations. Key investigations include the impacts of maternity leave policies, child tax credits, retirement preparedness, and socioeconomic inequality. His work combines empirical analysis with policy evaluation across Canadian and international contexts.
