Kevin Gendron, M.S., CSCS, is a Lecturer and Clinic and Internship Coordinator for the Exercise Science Program at the University of New Haven's School of Health Sciences. He holds a Master's degree in Human Performance, Exercise Physiology from Southern Connecticut State University, where he also created the on-campus fitness center and worked in residence life as an RA and Hall Director.

Kevin has extensive practical experience in corporate fitness (Bristol-Myers Squibb), rehabilitation settings, and sports training. He founded Better Athletic Development, one of Connecticut's first adolescent strength and conditioning facilities, training athletes from high school to professional/Olympic levels. His research interests include speed development, hypertrophy, movement efficiency, power, and the intersection of business management with sports science. He also has operational experience in facility creation and marketing within the fitness industry.
