Kevin F. O'Malley is a Professor of Practice at the Saint Louis University School of Law and serves as Ambassador in Residence. He earned his A.B. from Saint Louis University in 1970 and his J.D. from its School of Law in 1973.
His research and professional expertise spans Medical Malpractice Defense, White Collar Criminal Defense, Trial Advocacy, and International and Comparative Law. His publications, including the influential nine-volume Federal Jury Practice and Instructions, are widely cited in legal practice and academia.
O'Malley’s scholarly work and legal contributions include peer-reviewed articles on topics such as federal prosecution costs, banking liability statutes, and Missouri’s legal doctrines. His publications reflect a focus on procedural law, courtroom strategy, and medical-legal intersections.
