Kevin Borg

Dr. Kevin Borg is a Professor of History and Director of the Public History Program at James Madison University. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Delaware. His research focuses on intersections of business, labor, and environmental history, particularly in automotive and technological contexts. He co-directs the Histories Along the Blue Ridge archive project and has led initiatives such as Pastmapr, a community historical mapping tool. Professional affiliations include the Society for the History of Technology and the National Council for Public History. Borg has authored influential works like Auto Mechanics: Technology and Expertise in Twentieth-Century America.
