Kerstin Drossel

PD Dr. Kerstin Drossel is a Senior Academic Councillor at the University of Paderborn's Institute of Educational Science, where she researches digital transformation in education. Her work spans digital media integration, teacher professional development, and educational equity. She leads major projects including ICILS 2023-NRW and the Horizon 2020 DigiGen initiative.

Research Focus: Her studies examine how digital tools reshape teaching practices, school leadership dynamics, and educational outcomes, with emphasis on reducing social disparities through technology-enabled learning environments.
