Kerniel Aasland

Kerniel Aasland is a Part-Time Lecturer in the Department of City Planning at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Manitoba. He also coordinates the Inner-City Work Study program through the Department of Urban and Inner-City Studies at the University of Winnipeg.

• Cooperative housing development
• Community economic development
• Urban revitalization strategies
• Social justice advocacy
• Community-based participatory research

Kerniel is actively involved in:

• Establishing 15904102 Worker Co-op Ltd
• Contributing to the Canadian Community Economic Development Network (Manitoba)
