David Linton is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of City Planning at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Manitoba. He holds an M.C.P. from the University of Manitoba and a B.A. (Honours Geography) from the University of Winnipeg, with additional studies at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy. His career spans diverse roles in public policy and urban development across Canada, including work with the Province of Manitoba, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, and Environment Canada. He has operated in Nunavut and remote regions, contributing to research in land policy and community planning.
