Kent J. Kille

Professor Kent J. Kille is a faculty member in the Department of Political Science at The College of Wooster, also teaching in the Global and International Studies Program. He holds a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1991), and M.A. and Ph.D. from The Ohio State University (1995, 2000). His research focuses on international organization leadership, particularly UN Secretaries-General, and active teaching methodologies in international studies. He co-authored The United Nations: 75 Years of Promoting Peace, Human Rights, and Development and edited Teaching International Organizations (2025). He received the 2010 ISA Deborah Gerner Innovative Teaching Award with colleagues Matthew Krain and Jeffrey Lantis.
