Kenneth Berding is a Professor of New Testament at Talbot School of Theology, Biola University. His research focuses on New Testament studies, early Christian history, and biblical literacy. He has authored books ranging from academic works like Polycarp and Paul to classroom resources such as Sing and Learn New Testament Greek. His articles appear in journals including Journal of the Evangelical Theological Society and New Testament Studies.
Before joining Talbot, he served as a church planter in the Middle East and taught at Nyack College. He directs the Bible Fluency: Sing It, See It, Study It initiative, emphasizing biblical engagement. A passionate advocate for ministry, he has written worship songs and served as a worship pastor. His recent blog posts explore topics like biblical literacy, spiritual disciplines, and historical theology.
