Kendra Evans

Kendra Evans is a Professor of Chemistry & Biochemistry at the University of Detroit Mercy, affiliated with the College of Engineering & Science. She holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Western Kentucky University (2003) and a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Michigan (2009). Her research spans bioanalytical chemistry, environmental chemistry, and science education, with a focus on metabolomics, pesticide toxicity, and undergraduate research mentorship. She actively contributes to professional societies like Anachem and the American Chemical Society (ACS), serving in leadership roles such as Vice President of Anachem and exam committee chair.
