Kelvin Davies

Kelvin Davies, Ph.D., is a Professor in both the Department of Urology and the Department of Molecular Pharmacology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. His research focuses on advancing urological treatments through molecular mechanisms and interdisciplinary approaches. He employs 'omic' technologies and rodent models to study conditions like erectile dysfunction, overactive bladder, and prostate cancer.

Professional interests include nerve regeneration post-prostatectomy, nanoparticle delivery systems for urogenital diseases, and the role of the MaxiK channel in bladder activity. His lab pioneered animal models for erectile function assessment (cavernosometry) and bladder function (cystometry).
