Kelsey M. Rynkiewicz is an Assistant Professor of Athletic Training at Springfield College. She integrates classroom education with clinical practice, emphasizing practical application for students.

- Master of Science in Kinesiology and Healthcare Administration (2018)
- Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training, King's College (2016)
Her research focuses on work-family conflict and guilt among collegiate athletic trainers, alongside advocacy for athletic training's role in healthcare. Certifications include BOC Athletic Training, NREMT, and Red Cross CPR instruction. She previously worked at Eastern Connecticut State University (2016-2022) while completing graduate studies and contributed to a Division III national champion baseball team.
She teaches Introduction to Exercise Science and On-Campus Practicum, and holds graduate certificates in college instruction, public health, and healthcare innovation.
