Kelly Toomey Elliott is a Professor in the Physical Education, Wellness, and Sport Department at Union University, where she has served for 21 years. Appointed Senior Woman Administrator in July 2024, she oversees institutional roles and advises the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). Formerly Union University's volleyball head coach (2010-11), she led the team to the 2010 TranSouth Conference Regular Season Title and was named conference Coach of the Year. She also coached at Trinity Christian Academy (2013-2019, 2022), earning four District Coach of the Year titles and two West Tennessee Coach of the Year awards, with her 2014-15 season culminating in the NFHS Tennessee State Coach of the Year honor.
