Kelly C. Seals is an Adjunct Professor of Engineering at Dartmouth College, specializing in communications, signal processing, and navigation systems. Her academic background includes a BS in Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, an MS from Northeastern University, and a PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI).
