Kelly R. Wagner

Dr. Kelly R. Wagner is an Assistant Professor in the Dental Hygiene department and Assistant Dean for Clinical Administration and Quality Care at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. She holds academic roles as course director for Dental Pharmacology, co-course director for Peer Tutoring courses, and directs online Health Management courses in the bachelor’s degree completion program.

Education: BS in Dental Hygiene from University of Michigan (2007), MS in Dental Hygiene (Education concentration) from University of Maryland-Baltimore (2013), and an expected EdD in Higher Education from University of Pittsburgh (2025). Professional experience includes 10+ years in private practice dentistry and adjunct faculty service at Northern Virginia Community College (2014–2018).
