Kelly Pike is an Associate Professor in the School of Human Resource Management at York University, part of the Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies. She holds a PhD from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Her research focuses on worker voice, global labor standards, and the garment industry in Sub-Saharan Africa. She currently serves as President of the Canadian Industrial Relations Association (2023–present) and has held interim leadership roles, including Interim Director of the Global Labour Research Centre (2018–19). She also serves on the CETA Canadian Domestic Advisory Group for Labour.

Research Interests: Dr. Pike explores labor regulation in global value chains, gender issues in work, and trade policies. Her recent projects include the CHUSS study on pandemic work impacts and the Decent Work Regulation in Africa initiative. She evaluates programs like the ILO’s Workplace Cooperation Program to enhance workplace collaboration.
