Kelly N Street

Kelly Street is an Assistant Professor of Population and Public Health Sciences in the Division of Biostatistics at the Keck School of Medicine, USC. His research develops computational methods for high-dimensional genomic data with focus areas in:

• Single-cell RNA sequencing trajectory analysis
• Multi-omic integration of chromatin structure and gene expression
• Cancer immunology and tumor microenvironment profiling

Dr. Street created widely-used tools like Slingshot for cell lineage inference. Recent work includes spatial analysis of immune exhaustion in transplant rejection and normalization frameworks for ATAC-seq data.
