Kelly Mulholland

Kelly Mulholland is an Associate Professor at the Saint Louis University School of Law, where she teaches Legal Research and Writing, Taxation, and Transactional Drafting. She joined SLU Law in 2010 after practicing corporate and international tax law in Chicago and Silicon Valley, with a focus on tax litigation. Prior to academia, she served as a trial attorney for the IRS in San Jose and clerked for U.S. District Court Judge Charles P. Kocoras.

Her professional background includes licensure in Missouri, Illinois, and California. Mulholland holds a B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (1989) and a J.D. from Harvard Law School (1992).

Her research and teaching emphasize practical legal skills and tax law complexities, reflecting her blend of judicial, governmental, and private practice experience.
