Kelly E See

Dr. Kelly E See is an Associate Professor in the Department of MANAGEMENT at the CU Denver Business School, University of Colorado Denver. Her research focuses on organizational behavior, particularly the dynamics of advice-seeking, employee input, hierarchical structures, and the impact of extreme goals on organizational outcomes. She holds a PhD from Duke University and a BS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
