Kelly D. Dagley, Ph.D., is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Biblical Studies at Hope International University. She teaches courses including History and Literature of Ancient Israel, Old Testament Narratives, Prophets, Psalms, and Theology of Ministry.
Her academic interests include:
- Women and the Bible
- Old Testament Narrative
- Contextual Hermeneutics of the Old Testament
- Spiritual Formation
- The Bible and the Arts
Her research often explores literary, feminist, and diasporic interpretations of biblical texts, particularly in the Hebrew Bible. She has presented papers at regional and national Society of Biblical Literature conferences, focusing on Ruth, Amos, and Daniel through cultural and intertextual lenses.
Kelly is affiliated with the following organizations:
