Kelly Carabott is a Lecturer at Monash University’s Faculty of Education, specializing in the School of Curriculum Teaching & Inclusive Education. Her research focuses on digital technologies in literacy education, multimodal texts, and phenomenological inquiry. She holds a PhD from Monash University, exploring picturebook pedagogy, and has authored/co-authored influential works like Phenomenological Inquiry in Education. Kelly co-edits Literacy Learning: The Middle Years, advocates for teacher education partnerships, and has presented globally on literacy practices.
