Kelly Cahill Timmons is a Professor at the Georgia State University College of Law, specializing in employment discrimination, civil liberties, and tort litigation. She teaches courses on Torts, Constitutional Tort Litigation, and Employment Law. A Vanderbilt University School of Law graduate (first in class), she clerked for Judge David A. Nelson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit and practiced employment law at Frost Brown Todd in Cincinnati.

Her research focuses on ADA compliance, algorithmic bias, and workplace misconduct, with publications in top law reviews including University of Pittsburgh Law Review and Nebraska Law Review. She actively contributes to legal scholarship on employment discrimination frameworks.
