Kelly Beaver MBE serves as Chief Executive of Ipsos UK and holds an honorary academic position as Visiting Senior Research Fellow at King's College London's Policy Institute within the Faculty of Social Science & Public Policy. With over a decade at Ipsos, she previously led their UK Public Affairs division, specializing in government research on public opinion, societal trends, and policy effectiveness. Her career includes roles at PwC and KPMG focused on public policy evaluation.
Her research interests center on translating evidence into policy decisions, with significant projects including the REACT COVID-19 prevalence study, public attitude analyses (Brexit, vaccines), and early childhood development research with the Royal Foundation. She champions evidence-based approaches to social and economic policy design.
