Kelly Ballard is a Lecturer in Education at Bryn Athyn University, with over 13 years of experience in literacy instruction for students from second to ninth grade in public schools. Her research and professional focus centers on supporting immigrant learners and addressing the effects of poverty on student achievement. She actively shares her expertise in teaching, reading strategies, and collaborative pedagogy through presentations and professional engagement.
