Kelly Ansley Young

Kelly Ansley Young, Ph.D., is a Professor in the Department of Biological Sciences at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB), with over 20 years of service. She serves as the Director of Faculty Retention in the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, where she champions faculty development and student-centered initiatives. Her work focuses on creating equitable academic environments through programs like the NIH-funded Advanced Inclusive Mentoring (AIM), adopted across 9 CSU campuses.
