Dr. Kellie Seals is an Assistant Extension Professor in the Department of Human Development & Family Science at the University of Missouri's College of Education & Human Development. She serves as the 4-H State Specialist in College and Career Pathways, leading youth-focused programming and evaluation efforts for Missouri 4-H.
Education: Joint Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) in Agricultural Education from Texas A&M University and Texas Tech University (2021); Master of Science in Instructional Technology from Mississippi State University (2011).
Research interests include experiential learning, career interest development, rural education, and fostering inclusive youth-mentor relationships. She specializes in designing pedagogical strategies for postsecondary readiness and evaluating college/career programs. Dr. Seals collaborates extensively with Missouri’s 4-H Center for Youth Development to enhance educational equity and practical skill development for young people.
