Kelli Park

Kelli Park is a part-time faculty member at the University of Southern Maine (USM) and an adjunct instructor at CMCC. She holds an MSEd in TESOL from USM (2021) and a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from Marietta College (2008), with a PhD in progress in Leadership Studies. Her research focuses on multilingualism, multiculturalism, and culturally responsive pedagogy, emphasizing intercultural communication and global leadership.

• Professional Affiliations: Arctic Education Alliance (2023), International Graduate Student Research Cohort (2023), and Adult Education English language teacher (2020–present).
• Presentations: Topics include 'Cultivating the Cultural Flow of a Multilingual & Multinational Classroom' (2021) and 'DEI: Catalyzing Change in Places of Possibility' (2022).

Her work bridges education and creative arts, advocating for marginalized voices through visual storytelling and intercultural dialogue. She also maintains a freelance career in photography, writing, and fine art.
