Kelley O'Reilly

Kelley O'Reilly is the Chair and Professor of Marketing at Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business. She holds a Ph.D. from Utah State University, an MBA, and a B.S. from Western Washington University. Her research focuses on retail, entrepreneurship, franchising, and small/medium enterprises, particularly exploring rapid innovation in sales and retail domains. She has over 20 years of industry experience, including executive roles at Fortune 100 companies, managing sales, marketing, and strategic initiatives. O'Reilly is a Certified Franchise Executive and advocates for small business owners. Her work has been published in journals such as the Journal of Research in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and International Journal of Electronic Business Research.
