Dr. Kelechi Ekuma is a Lecturer in Management, Governance, and Development Leadership at the Global Development Institute (GDI), University of Manchester. He convenes the Human and Digital Development (HDD) teaching cluster, overseeing MSc programs in Human Resource Development (International Development), ICTs for Development, and Management and Information Systems. As co-director of the MSc HRD program, he focuses on relational stakeholder dynamics and elite interactions in public sector governance. His research explores the politics of development, HRD in transitioning economies, and the fourth industrial revolution's impact on work.
