Keith Hohn is a Professor of Chemical Engineering and currently serves as the Associate Dean for Academic and Administrative Affairs at the Carl R. Ice College of Engineering, Kansas State University. He holds a B.S. (1995) and Ph.D. (1999) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kansas and the University of Minnesota, respectively.

His research focuses on heterogeneous catalysis for energy applications, including hydrogen generation, biomass-derived fuels, and catalytic reaction engineering. Notable projects include developing bimetallic Pt-Ni catalysts and pioneering work on 2,3-butanediol as a renewable chemical platform. He uses single molecule microscopy to study catalytic reactions.
