Keith E. Kocher

Dr. Keith E. Kocher is an Associate Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine and Department of Learning Health Sciences at the University of Michigan Medical School. He serves as Program Director of the Michigan Emergency Department Improvement Collaborative (MEDIC), a statewide network dedicated to enhancing emergency care quality. His affiliations include the Ann Arbor Veterans Affairs Center for Clinical Management Research, the Institute for Healthcare Policy and Innovation (IHPI), and the MExperts-Opioid Research Institute.
