Sandeep Vijan

Sandeep Vijan, MD, MS is a Professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Michigan Medical School. He serves as the Associate Chief Quality Officer of Quality Department and Program Director of the Michigan Institute of Care Management and Transformation (MICMT). His work focuses on healthcare quality improvement, clinical guidelines, and chronic disease management, particularly for diabetes and aging populations.
