Kearsley Stewart is Professor of the Practice at Duke University with joint appointments in the Duke Global Health Institute and the Department of Cultural Anthropology. Her work bridges global health and cultural anthropology, focusing on HIV/AIDS, sickle cell disease, and research ethics in sub-Saharan Africa and Cuba.
