Katy Ferris

Katy Ferris is an Associate Professor in Business Law at the University of Nottingham's Business School and a member of the Rights Lab's Law and Policy Programme. She focuses on interdisciplinary research linking business law with human rights, migration, and social care policy.

Research Interests

Her work spans business law, family law, and the legal implications of Brexit for migrant workers. She has also explored social care complaints handling and collaborated with refugee clinics on forced marriage cases.
