Katrin Tiidenberg is a Professor of Participatory Culture at the Baltic Film, Media and Arts Institute, Tallinn University. Her work bridges social media studies, visual culture, and research ethics, focusing on how digital platforms shape identity, community, and cultural expression. She is a leading scholar in studying selfies, influencer dynamics, and the intersections of sexuality, technology, and governance.
