Katrin Rehdanz

Prof. Dr. Katrin Rehdanz serves as Principal Investigator at the Kiel Centre for Globalization (KCG) and holds the Chair of Environmental and Resource Economics at Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel. Her research bridges environmental policy, climate change economics, and energy systems with particular focus on consumer behavior and public perception of environmental technologies. As a key figure in the Leibniz ScienceCampus founded in 2016, she contributes to interdisciplinary research evaluating global value chains as aspects of globalization.
