Katrin Koov is a Lecturer and Master's Thesis Supervisor in Landscape Architecture at the Faculty of Architecture of the Estonian Academy of Arts. She concurrently works at the architectural firm b210 and serves on the board of the Estonian Association of Architects. Previously, she spent ten years at KAVAKAVA Architects, contributing to notable projects like the Pärnu Central School Gymnasium, Narva College, and the Tallinn Culture Kilometre.
Her research and teaching focus on landscape architecture and urban design, emphasizing public space integration and architectural sustainability. She has held leadership roles, including editing the MAJA architecture magazine (2014–2017) and serving as President of the Estonian Association of Architects (2016–2020).
Her professional affiliations include teaching at the School of Architecture and Tallinn Secondary School of Science, alongside her academic and architectural practice. She actively supervises landscape architecture projects at the Estonian Academy of Arts.
