Katrien Termeer

Dr. Katrien Termeer is a Full Professor in the Department of Public Administration and Policy at Wageningen University & Research. Her research focuses on climate policy, food systems, and governance challenges in contexts such as Indonesia and the Netherlands. She has published extensively on topics including climate adaptation, agricultural policy, and circular economy transitions.

Her recent work emphasizes transformative governance strategies, such as the analysis of climate adaptation practices in 51 Dutch cases and the evaluation of food system justice in the Netherlands. She has also explored the mixed outcomes of Indonesia’s decentralization policies through systematic reviews.
