Katja Kröller

Prof. Dr. Katja Kröller is a Professor of Nutrition Psychology at the Department of Agriculture, Ecotrophology, and Landscape Development at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences (Bernburg campus). She previously served as Dean of the Faculty of Health. Her research focuses on psychological aspects of food preferences, long-term behavioral change competencies, and communication strategies in nutrition. She leads projects in the 'Zentrums für Ernährungskommunikation,' addressing nutrition education, prevention programs, and health communication strategies.

Education: Diet assistant (Berlin), Psychology studies at Universität Potsdam, PhD on 'Maternal Control in Eating Situations.' Professional experience includes psychological counseling, adiposity training, and health-related workshops. She advises degree programs in Nutrition Therapy and Naturopathy.
